Troubleshooting Flavor Livestream Series

$120.00

A six-week series focused on understanding flavor goals, and improving flavor results.

We begin with an intro to the pre-series homework; dive into what balanced flavor means and why it is so important; the troubleshooting checklist and how to make use of it as a batch record log; a deep dive into roasting; the way temperature (outside of roasting) affects results and ingredients; batch flavor and how to pair inclusions to enhance flavor.

  • This series is included in the cost of Bean to Bar ChocolateCraft Workshop but I am making limited spots available as a stand-alone series.

  • All livestreams begin at 11 am PT (US West Coast time), via Zoom, with the link sent by email. I record the livestreams and the recordings will be available to watch after they’ve aired. Livestreams will range between 1-2 hours in length, one per week for 6 weeks beginning April 15.

  • Students are welcome to put questions in the chat, or ask me directly during each conversation (you are also welcome to email me).

  • Access to the series includes: the 6 weekly livestreams plus viewing the recordings, PDFs to download, and the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback.
