I believe in hard work, but also that none of us “makes it on our own” in this life, with or without chocolate. In my classes, and my life as a chocolate maker, I give credit where credit is due, and share my insights abundantly.

Our Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website or Services does not constitute any right or license for you to use our service marks or trademarks without the prior written permission of the Next Batch and Map Chocolate Co, LLC

Our Content, as found within our Website and Services, including our branding, and social media, is protected under United States and foreign copyrights and Trademark law. The copying, redistribution, or publication by you of any such Content is strictly prohibited. Your use of our Website and Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our Content. Yes, you get to download the PDFs and yes, you absolutely get to use the recipes!

Payment for our courses, classes, camps, and workshops

You are responsible for payment in full. All payment must be made using a valid credit card or PayPal; acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification process and procedures. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase for any reason. (We’ve never had to do this in 10 years of teaching, but our lawyer insists this must be included in our terms).

Payment Plan for the Bean to Bar ChocolateCraft Workshop

If you choose the two-payment plan option for the Bean to Bar ChocolateCraft Workshop, the payments will be made by automatic draft starting with the registration date. We have no control over how or when these deductions are made.

If your card is declined, expires, or you miss the second payment for any other reason, you will have seven (7) days to remit payment before access to all course content will be suspended. Access to the Bean to Bar ChocolateCraft Workshop will be reinstated once your account is made current.

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any payment information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment.

Registration and Enrollment

Registration and enrollment for any class, course, camp, workshop is for one space only. But!! if you make chocolate as a couple or team, please just let me know. The course materials must be accessed solely through the one email and login account used at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds. As soon as you register, you’ll have full access to everything in the course.
