All our classes are designed so you can learn at your own pace, whenever it’s convenient for your schedule. We teach through a combination of video lessons, projects (with downloadable how-to instructions), step by step insights, and livestream demonstrations. Livestreams are recorded and available for viewing afterward.
Access to the class materials is always available 24/7, and students have access for the lifetime of the course.

You’ll receive a recommended equipment list, and because we are small batch makers and understand equipment needs, we also offer guidance for macgyvering/making use of what you have whenever that’s possible.

Registration for any of our classes/workshops is for one seat in the class, which can be a shared “seat” if you and a partner run your business together. If you would like a larger staff to make use of the materials, please reach out! We understand the needs of small batch chocolate businesses, and want you and your staff to learn from what we have to offer.
-
Not only will you be ready to do that, but we’ll be here for you!

Every course is lead by our founder (chief instigator of chocolate skills sharing), Mackenzie Rivers, founder of Map Chocolate Co, and a well-known, award-winning craft chocolate maker. She is often joined by fellow chocolate makers and cacao experts from around the world to help bring the most current, valuable insights.
